GLOBAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION BASED ON MULTIVARIABLE STATISTICAL CONTROL OF A PUBLIC UTILITY COMPANY

چکیده

In this research article, the service provision in a public company was evaluated through multivariate statistical control to determine performance of its dimensions. For purpose, methodology used was: 1) characterization information associated with quality dimensions provided, consolidated databases recognized for their high level quality, such as: Elsevier, Inderscience, among others; 2) calculation Six Sigma metrics (DPMO, Z-level and performance), which will allow from monthly average, evaluate provided by timely periodic manner 12 periods 2019; 3) Evaluation global comprehensive manner, analysis. Finally, company’s is presented. Thus, allowing continuous improvement processes, prompt replanting.
